Brandy's case seeks the direction of Jane (Brooke Elliott) on 'Drop Dead Diva.'

"Drop Dead Diva" is effort a bonafide diva.

R&B singer Brandy has connected the patch of the Lifetime exhibit as a woman who seeks the direction of Jane (Brooke Elliott) when her father's chronicle shelter consort refuses to clear conceive his policy.

And her Sept. 4 program same won't be the exclusive attendance for the past "Moesha" star.

TVGuide.com reports that Brandy -- who also has a continual persona on "90210" this start -- will be a conception of "Drop Dead Diva" for individual episodes and could mayhap move into the incoming season.

"I've been a Brobdingnagian follower of Brandy from her early life in television," exhibit creator Josh Berman told TVGuide.com.

"When we met to handle her persona on 'Diva,' she was so hearty and kind. I was thrilled to conceive that she had actually watched every program of the program and is a Brobdingnagian fan. I'm agog for the audience to wager Brandy's arc."
